MISSION FOR JUNE

College of the Ozarks is an unique campus where students work to pay for their education and may graduate debt free. They gain work experience in many programs on campus. This college offers more than 312 academic majors. Students are required to work 15 hours during the week, along with two 40 hour weeks during school breaks. This school was founded by a Presbyterian minister who wanted to help the poor people in the Ozark area. The students learn to work with their head, their heart and their hands at the College of the Ozarks which is located southeast of Branson, Missouri. This school has been famous for its fruitcakes since the 1930’s and produces about 30,000 fruitcakes each year which generates significant income and good will for the school. Please give generously to College of the Ozarks during the month of June.
